Gardening with the Children

There has been a rivival of interest in our vegetable garden patch today, sparked by a story we read at morning mat time. Lucas and Gorja made the connection between the illustrations in the book and our own raised bed. 

As you can see, it is looking fairly neglected, and unkempt. A team of our children spent the morning with trowels working the soil. We are wondering if we have any expert parents who would come in and plant some vegetables with the children, and perhaps teach the teachers how to take care of it?
